Oct 13,2024As first price of 45£ for a refill bottle is crazy expensive. But it’s what it is. With that price I would expect a bottle properly filled. Gas was delivered and we connected to our heater, heater since then not working. I call them and lady tells me they don’t do service. As could not find nobody to come check I bought a new heater. We connect that and again same problem. So it’s the bottle!!!! I call again and a man answers, he is like yes that’s a common issue the gas bottle is overfilled!!! How can this even happen? Don’t you weight your bottles before delivery? Good something don’t happen!!! And now I’m stuck with one extra heater!!! Woow what a service!!!
