Very efficient
I had a problem with the fan in my boiler so phoned Gasway for help. An engineer was with me the next working day, identified that a new fan was needed. It was replaced the next day with no fuss or delay by my friendly, helpful and cheerful engineer.

Poor/no communication A young lady came to start my boiler as the water pressure had dropped, she noticed that one of the radiators had a leak she went of to find a part, she rang to say she could not get the part but would book a repair when she got back to the office. I did not hear anything until someone turned up on the doorstep to fix it.

I have insurance and Gasway implementing works. Absolutely dreadful - parts ordered on 30/12/19 - not arrived yet and company totally ignoring me regarding an update! Elderly person left without heating and hot water for 10 days and they don't care. Engineers have been ok.
First class service obtained parts for my old boiler and fixed it. Where others would say, 'time for a new boiler'

The guy came to the house and sorted the problem very quickly and efficiently, the boiler had overheated and just needed resetting, the guy was very pleasant and very competent. The service was pretty good.
They destroyed and left a brand new kitchen in an utter mess. Would never use by choice ever.
The Gasway guy fixed the problem, as well as two extra jobs which needed doing, all in the one visit ! He was friendly and explained what he was doing with each repair. We were very impressed and pleased with the service.
Came on time after earlier telephone call. Explained what he was doing and why. Cleaned up after work was done. Polite and a lovely helpful man.
Had my boiler serviced, a couple of weeks later was advised via a call that gasway had no record of the engineers visit, despite him being in our house for an hour and a half and having a lengthy chat with my husband, to honour the years safety certificate it would have to be done again! So husband had to book a second days holiday so they could rectify their mistake!
Reliable and thorough
We phoned our insurance Saga to tell them our heating was not working . They in turn phoned Gasway Gasway visited that afternoon ,we had to wait for a part (Only one day) but the engineer went out of his way to make sure we had hot water and heating before leaving . Nothing was rushed Friendly and polite at all times Gasway phoned us to let us know approximately what time the engineer would arrive. And the engineer phoned a half hour before he arrived both days It is the best our heating has ever worked , the engineer customer care was excellent
