Very polite operator when I called to book my annual service. The Engineer who came and did the service was very efficient,polite and dressed clean and tidy. Had a very good manner. Was pleased to answer a couple of questions I had.

Usual excellent service
Contacted Victory Housing Trust at 11.30am due to boiler breakdown. Gasway engineer arrived and fixed the fault the same evening. Great engineer (wearing a very stylish and appropriate bobble hat for the cold conditions), telephoned to let us know he was on the way, knowledgable and polite. He has restored my view of Gasway. I told him I would write a new review as a previous experience was not at all good. Thank you to the engineer and all involved who have enabled our heating and hot water to be back on again in such a timely manner.

Rang gasways office as our boiler had a fault , the lady was very helpful & arranged an engineer to call ASAP. . We had a phone call to let us know the engineer was on his way and would reach us in 20 minutes, when he arrived the fault was soon rectified.the engineer was very helpful & explained what the fault was ,also he demonstrated the use of the control panel to help us to get the best efficiency from the boiler . We are very happy with the extremely professional service Gasways provide for us at a very competitive price. Thank you .
