We had a problem with our boiler contacted the housing association who in turn contacted gasway. We had to wait a couple if days but was sorted without fuss.

Service engineer arrived at the right time on the date agreed. A spare part was required which was ordered immediately and new appointment arranged,When there was a delay in the arrival of the part I was notified swiftly and a new date booked for fitting. Part arrived with the engineer and fitted as planned.

Very disappointed with the service man yesterday, just open the front door and walked in, didn’t remove or cover his shoes. Told me it was probably the pipes under the house that had a leak. Then proceeded to take the boiler to pieces and said there was a possible failure with one of three things and would order parts and phone me to let me know when they would be ready. 24 hours later still waiting. He was very abrupt and totally un empathetic to how cold the house was and the whole situation. Will certainly ask NOT to have him return to my house.
