Apr 30,2019My boiler needed replacing last year and Gasway were one of four quotes. Their quote was very competitive and they replaced my old boiler with a new 10 year guaranteed unit (which approved). The engineer completed the job in two days and was very clean and hard working. The service plan that was offered was the best on the market and I would have no problem recommending Gasway.

Apr 27,2019Job was done quite quickly, on closer inspection though the piping could’ve been a tiny bit neater, some of it is bent at weird places to what seems to just make it fit although accessibility was restricted as in the loft, was told there wouldn’t be any plastic fixings but they used push fits, also in loft. luckily was decorating the property as were a little bit on the messy side. Left some water marks on walls and ceiling. Other then that everything seems ok, not sure of one of the radiators gets that hot so may have not sorted out any air in the system properly, should be easy fix though. Pipes running to radiators were done nicely and look good though. Much better the the original piping and much better then the cowboys that were in before Gasway had to sort out the mess that was made. So overall happy with the work carried out.

Apr 24,2019R Grant, who serviced the gas central heating, was excellent, took his time, was able to figure out the fittings of a very old gas heater. He was a good, tidy worker and a polite, respectful person. Gasway also dealt with me very honourably in the light of an issue that arose from the previous service.

Apr 18,2019Have platinum contract but Gasway don’t fix alpha boilers as they say the warranty is with them . Alpha have contracted out to another firm I can’t get hold of . The bit gasway can fix will take 8 days as they don’t carry any spares . This is the 9th call out to this boiler which is only just 4 years old . Absolute rubbish .

Apr 10,2019Have new boiler with radiators installed. Job bean done very quick on great price, surveyar and installation team was excellent. Thinks I don’t like was some cracked floring need replacement now and they drill the holes to attached the new boiler all the way through the wall abd left in the other room in the drawer huge holes for filling and plastering .

I found them both to be very dedicated and extremely helpful. They were both very conscientious engineers who took great pride in their work and for me are a great credit to the Business.
