I pay for the top premium cover. My annual service has now become an interval of 14 months. You only know how good your cover is when you need it. Unfortunately this year my boiler randomly started to spew water down the wall and soaked the floor. The kitchen worktop was badly affected too. It took Gasway over 20 minutes to answer the phone. All the time I was waiting a message told me to email my problem instead of hanging on for an answer. Despite having the Platinum cover plan they couldn’t come out to look at the boiler until the next day. By this time the wall,floor and worktop were sodden and mouldy. The boiler was fixed and has behaved itself since.
Still waiting (6 months)for spares to repair our boiler, but happy to take our money.
The ladies at Gasway are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Thank you And the engineers are polite, thoughtful and thorough.

Dec 27,2019Generally good in dispatching an engineer. Seem to need one a couple of times a year (on top of service) I can't understand why the boiler can't be fixed to run for over a year without attention?
