Dec 23,2019Helpful engineer who FINALLY fixed our boiler pressure problem, which has been ongoing for years. All he did was walk around the house and found the issue. I had asked for a30 minute pre arrival call but didn't receive it, meaning t I was out when he arrived.

Dec 23,2019Generally good service but engineers do not seem to carry the most basic replacement parts. For example, I have twice had a radiator valve replaced. On both occasions this needed two visits: one to check what the problem was and a second to fit the new valve after it had been ordered. I would really expect these to be "in the van" - and would be more cost effective for Gasway i.e. just one visit!

Dec 22,2019Whenever I’ve had a problem with the boiler, it’s easy to get a fast appointment by calling the service number. Engineer has always turned up on time and fixed the issue on the spot. Far better than British gas, who are hopeless. Used gasway for several years via one of their protection plans with no excess. Never had a single problem with them. Highly recommended.

Dec 21,2019You do not have to wait long for a call out, however in numerous occasions the problem is not resolved and I have to call out someone again which is very annoying when I work full time. One particular problem is still not solved despite someone coming out more than once. I also think that some of the Gasway engineers should have more training about the boilers they are dealing with.
