Unified fault culminating in six months of visits, incorrectly diagnosed faults leading to Gasway refusing to pay for the penultimate repair as the pressure vessel cost was £400. We paid this as they refused and still the boiler lost pressure. Eventually problem identified for the grand total of £14. handy to have cover but unfortunately you need to be ahead of the game dealing with Gasway!

I am rather disappointed that it has taken so long with numerous visits to assess and identify the cause of the on going boiler leakage problem which since first signs reported last year and again this year after turning back on the heating. I am now having to organise for a local plumber to visit to trace and access the main cause which apparently is not covered by my plan. This will no doubt cost me further expense.. Therefore my dissatisfaction is due to the fact that several engineers have had to visit but did not identify the problem earlier when I first reported the problem last year.
I had a new boiler fitted by Gasway the boiler works fine but the fitter made a right mess of my laundry room, i was told by the company that my laundry room would look exactly the same but with the addition of a small pipe running down the tiles, well this was not the case and it looked like a demolition job. After complaining a workman was sent in to put it all back together again and he did a fabulous job. I have always found their service excellent except for the time i was kept on the phone almost 45 minutes which is not acceptable.
Plumbers cleaned the fan and another part and it cured the problem.Thankyou.

Got all booked in for upgrade all part delivered no one turned up to fit manager booked evey thing phoned up one the day off fitting because they were late and they had no information off fitting and still messing us about
