Jun 09,2023I ordered a Montpelier fridge freezer. Due to some delivery problems, I had to wait two weeks but as I had no refrigeration at home, G. Craggs loaned us a replacement (organised by Kevin in the office), until the problem was sorted. The delivery personnel, Andy and Mark, gave exceptional service. Apart from their very professional and polite manner, they also gave us advice on how to remove the old built in fridge and helped when needed. We are so grateful to them. I would not hesitate to recommend G. Cragg and particularly Andy and Mark, to anyone wishing to purchase an electrical appliance.
