Feb 19,2023I wanted a Roberts Beacon 330 Bluetooth speaker advertised on a terrific offer. Unfortunately they were unable to place an order for new stock. Following a brief email, Stephen quickly contacted Roberts and between them resolved the issue without fuss. Less than a week later, I'm enjoying listening to my favourite music on Roberts Beacon 330 speaker streamed from my iPhone. Fantastic service and lovely product. Feb 01,2023What a fantastic service from G Craggs. My washing machine gave up the ghost on Sunday. Had a look at Craggs found a bargain and it was delivered on Tuesday by the lovely Andy and Mark. The old machine was removed for recycling and the new one fitted so quickly and without any fuss. The guys even took time to give my dog a good tummy rub. Lovely guys lovely company. The website is also a dream to use so simple. Will never go anywhere else 5 star service.
