However, I was able to phone the store and got straight through to someone who answered my query quickly and provided me with a more accurate time slot, just wish I'd phoned earlier to check. The delivery drivers were very helpful when they arrived.

May 01,2023My ageing mums washing machine had a sudden and very noisy self disassembly episode. I went to the G Craggs website ordered and paid for a new washing machine in 5 minutes and it was delivered and fitted within 2 days and the old appliance taken away. My mum said that the 2 lads who delivered and fitted the new appliance were very good they even cleaned around the area where the new appliance was going. Great service.

Apr 24,2023Fast order and deliver service for items already in stock. We ordered a washing machine on a Sunday night and it was delivered on the following Tuesday morning. Easy online website to use. Great friendly and helpful staff who came with delivery. Plumbed in new appliance and took away the old appliance and any packaging, leaving area clean and tidy. Very good local business and have used quite a few times now.

Booked for delivery tomorrow (could have been Thursday but thought dog groomer coming so access would have been impossible) guess who got days mixed up… quick call at 11 o’clock this morning and it has just been delivered!! Customer service from shop to delivery guys was amazing. Just wait for the next thing to break down and I’ll be back.
