Oct 07,2022This review is about the retailer, not the product. Craggs was superb. He lived up to everything he promised about the delivery. And when I notified him that I was dissatisfied with the user manual that came with the product and, more importantly, that the German website from which it said I could obtain a complete user manual did not even provide English names for its products, he immediately contacted the supplier to ask for a document I could understand. As it happened, I managed to get the product connected and functioning without needing the manual, after all, and I'm entirely satisfied with it. So, the problems with the user manual notwithstanding, G Craggs deserves the highest possible rating.

A slight glitch on his stock sheet meant my oven wasn’t there but he called personally to apologise and explain that they had a similar one in stock that was fifty pounds cheaper. It was slightly smaller but did more stuff. Job done as I couldn’t wait weeks for another!
