Oct 08,2024Poor communication even from the so called Sales Manager. Workshop did not listen to problem with Stihl pressure washer so returned item with the same problem, even though they kept if for 3 weeks. Problem still not resolved and unwilling to communicate to resolve issue.

Sep 25,2024Bought a Stihl MSA200 listed on the website (and on every other website) as a 14” chainsaw. It was delivered quickly and the tool itself is great. But it was sent with a 12” chain guide and matching chain. I discovered this after more than a month when I went to buy a new chain and checked the spec. Should have done so properly when I received the goods in the first place. Have to say that George Browns have responded superbly, calling me within 24 hours and posting out a 14” bar and chain which I received the next day free of charge despite being beyond the 30-day money back period. With competitive prices and excellent customer service to back it up, I won’t hesitate to use George Browns again.

I saw a very good deal on a hedge trimmer and so rang them up to double check it was in stock before committing, because it still wasn't cheap. They confirmed it was and also said if I got the order in within the next hour, they could ship it for delivery next day. Very happy.

There were loads of chainsaws in stock very pleased with price and unlike another online garden machinery supplier I tried and then failed to get delivery from after a month having to resort to a Section 75 for refund, Browns had loads of stock. Would always use this company in future as a good reputable supplier.
