After my room was cleaned, our Mickey Mouse ears were missing. The towels were restocked, dishwasher ran, but the beds were not made.

Beware!!! They will try to steal your deposit. July 10th talked with rep. Told him we wanted to sch.for July 12 he checks. Yes there is availability let me take your information. Proceeds ok everything looks good you will need to make a 226.00 payment ,we will send you a confirmation email. Here are your dates if you dont have it today you will receive it by email tomorrow, if not by tomorrow evening call the number on email. Next evening no confirmation we call oh I'm sorry to tell you we cannot honor your reservation at this time we found out that you been with us 2 times in a life time and Westgate doesn't allow to come 2 times in a lifetime, yeah but it was back in 2005 that not what your rep said last night ,he said everything was fine and you already pulled money from my account. Put my money back sorry cant do that you waited too long to call back. Bottom LINE WE GOT OUR MONEY BACK WITH OVER AN OUR WORTH OF THREATS AND HELP FROM OUR BANK TO FLAGG THEM.DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY WILL TRY TO STILL IT .THEIR REPS ONLY TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY.GET EVERYTHING CONFIRMED TWICE REMEMBER 2TIMES IN A LIFE TIME.

I had a wonderful vacation. The agreement was exactly how it was described on the phone call when I booked the hotel. Just make sure you pay attention to the needed info that is needed or you will not qualify.

The room wasn't all.that they advertised it to be.... It was kind of small. The seminar was very annoying , they wouldn't take no for an answer. And they even asked us once was we really even couple and then kept us there past the 90 minutes bringing in other ppl to try to sell us. Besides that Westgate was very nice the only downfall is we don't get breakfast we had to buy our own lol. So 3 stars

The company was awesome to work with. We loved the price and the place was amazing. Great location! Really close to Disney. The room was as described. The only issue we encountered was really loud neighbors. We called the front office but all they could do was send security. Issue was not resolved we dealt with the loud, and rude neighbors for majority of our stay very disappointed with how this situation was dealt with. We also did not get our gift at first but the operations manager reached out to us and solved the issue. Overall happy with the service we received from this company. We will book again with them.

The booking was easy, straightforward and we received all info necessary before our trip and got exactly what we had booked in a beautiful resort. Overall it was fantastic and I would highly recommend this company. I know we definitely will be using them again in the future.
