The hotel room was nice and spacious but there wasn’t much to keep us happy. After spending the day out we were hungry and the small selection of food that is available to order stops at 8pm. That is extremely hard to deal with since we were traveling with kids. The restaurant on site is only available if you have made reservations and if they don’t already have an event in planned. When booking using the deal don’t plan anything fun as it will have to stop to go back up the mountain which in the end feels like waisted money.
It's really bad experience while reserving their vacation package. They didn't mention those qualifications (questions asked by phone after you reserved, e.g. family income, US citizen [why?], attending a promotion session after you arrive there....) before you booked the hotels with special promotion price---especially we spent a lot of time to plan this trip including this hotel reservation. Just wasting our time!!!!

Not a bad experience. Room was nice and quite. Right downtown in Pigeon Forge. The Time Share presentation was ok. I don't agree with never being able to have an offer from Capital Resorts again since we didn't sign up at that time.

Overall, we had a great vacation experience traveling to the Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge, TN. The only downside to our vacation was going through a "minimum 90 minute presentation", don't let them fool you! You will be there for at least 2 hours or longer, and they will try to push you into selling you a timeshare deal! With that being said, our vacation package was a 5 night, 6 day stay in Gatlinburg, TN plus 2 free water park tickets to Wild Bear Water park, part of Westgate Resorts. We arrived in Gatlinburg on Thursday and checked out on Tuesday. Our presentation was scheduled for Monday, the day before we left to go home. Called and tried to reschedule the presentation for Friday or Saturday morning, but said they were booked up. Long story short, they gave us the water park tickets on Monday, and they expire in 60 days! Yeah, didn't have time to use them. We did ask if we could at least be given a gift card instead, but they couldn't. If they were giving us free water park tickets, at least schedule the presentation at an earlier time slot in your vacation so your family can at least use them! Overall, we had a nice getaway vacation in the Smokies, and enjoyed booking with getawaydealz. For 5 nights and 6 days was $241.95. Not bad!
Worst decision I ever made. All rules were not disclosed before arrival. Ever time called into customer service was 40 minute call that ended in my supervisor will call back but never was called back. Checked out 25 days ago and still resolving issue.
Our GetawayDealz vacation was wonderful. The Festiva Resort was an amazing, quiet spot tucked away in Kissimmee, Fl and we loved it, the staff was awesome and so friendly made us feel like we were at home. I will definitely visit Festiva again when we return. The only concern that I would say that we had was with the promotion that we received from our presentation. The $100 Restaurant.com gift card was not actually a $100 gift card, you had to spend so much money to even use a portion of the card and we had several issues trying to use it and not understanding exactly how it worked along with the restaurants not being very familiar with how to use it either. We decided after trying to use it twice not to even bother with it anymore during our trip. I suggest to eliminate future issues maybe using another promotion option for your future customers because the promotion is one of the buying as well as selling points and help to keep satisfied customers. Had no issues with this! Although the presentation was only supposed to be 90 minutes it did last more like three hours. But that is a very small price to pay for such a good deal on a hotel room in pigeon Forge. The staff was friendly the presenters were great and the hotel was nice.
I would recommend this company to anyone.

I tried to book here and was told I couldn't after I booked online just because someone booked the same weekend and works for same company as I do! There is over 1500 employees that work for the one I work for! Customer service was rude as hell and I will never even think about going through this web site to book anything! All information should be online to let people know if someone else works for same place then you can't book!! I will be definitely be putting this web site out there for people to stay away from!! Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE I came to stay July 2 - 6. I will not reconmmend this Property to anyone. The Customer Service AND MAINTENANCE Sucks. After checking in for about 1 , I called the front desk to lket them no my bathroom upstairs was not working. I also let them know I didn't have a remote or cable box in the 2nd bedroom. I KEPT CALL THEM AND THEY KEPT SAYING SOMEONE WILL BE DOWN SOON. GUEST WHAT KNOW ONE SHOWED UP. The next morning I went to the front desk and FINALLY sent someone. He fix the bathroom and said he will be right back to fix the TV. YOU KNOW HE DIDN'T SHOW UP SO I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE FRONT DESK. He finally came and put a cable box in. When I was leaving I ask for the Complaints department phone number. They gave me a card for someone who quit 3 weeks ago before I came. So I finally got the right number and left a message l AS OF TODAY NO ONE EVERY CALLED ME BACK. BAD CUSTOMER SREVICE. I wasn't the only one at the property condo saying the service was bad.
