The place we stayed in was nasty... Then you call 1 day before my reservation an change the Resort I was staying in.. very poor customer service!!!!

Thanks to the time share experience we were able to take a vacation that otherwise we could not have taken. We enjoyed the Orlando area as well as Universal Studios. Our condo was a 2 bedroom that was beyond belief that we truly enjoyed. Thank you for allowing us to visit your resort.

I would highly recommend this experience with friends and family... The staff is great and our drivers that took us from one location to another were all top notch. Our one driver, I want to say Devon even entertained us with the music we love!!!!

This was a beautiful place, I was expecting low budget, dingy place instead I received a awesome view of the ocean, the condo decor was immaculate. I give this 5 stars

We stayed at eagle ridge resort in tennesse the cabin itself was very nice. The linen and furniture really needs an update. Wish there would have been a little more yard would have provided a better outdoor experience. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

GetawayDealz is a great company to work with. This company has a well planned travel trip. Everthing was exactely as described on its website. All of the people we worked with were friendly and not high pressured sales people. They took their time to explain the program and how it works. Overall, a great experience.

This was a good experience. The staff was knowledgeable of the market and industry. Although we didn't buy in, we felt it was a good opportunity. We wish we would have had more time to make a decision. We aren't impulse buyers and would like to have had time to contact our banker for financing options with lower interest rates. (Our appointment was on a Sunday when banks are closed.) Overall, it was a good experience and opportunity.

My vacation was great! The resort was outstanding! There was plenty of room for everyone and a lot of activities to keep everyone busy. The only thing is I wish I had booked it longer.

I would think that they would put you in a great hotel so you would love it and would want to buy the time share but the hotel was awful .

I would have to say for the money it was awesome an got to spend some of the time on the beach. My 90 minute experience was more like 2+ hours an was long an draw out, was given a great chance to buy into a great deal but all in all we do not go to the beach a lot "1st time in 10 years or more" it would have been a waste of money for me and my family. Now on reviewing my Getawaydealz.com contract I was was promise a room with ocean view an a block from the beach, I have hip and back problems an we ended up being 2 1/2 blocks away from beach, not to bad but we did have to drive around trying to find somewhere closer to park without a lot of luck and when talking to them it was this or nothing, My girlfriend was also called a different name after giving her ID at signing in she was called by this name while we where at the seminal, her name was wrong on our reps paperwork smdh. Now we do love to camp an when riding around we did run up on a place on 2500 Shore DR. called First Landing State Park with a campgrounds that you actually got to camp on the beach! NOTE:It was right on the inlet of the Chesapeake Bay and you could see the bridge but for $4 dollars a day we got to spend the whole day on the beach with plenty parking an a use of the shower house without the walk. Did not have deal with over crowded an over priced beach amenities. We also got to see the sun setting over the bridges at the state park...

They were so nice at first, but less than a week before my vacation they tried to tell me I didn't qualify and they had made a mistake. I had already paid for 4 nights over 3 months prior to their call. They said they would send me down the road to the Quality Inn. What?!?! I had to speak to 3 different "supervisors" over the 4 days prior to our vacation and was still told they couldn't do anything. These people just want your money and obviously don't make sure you qualify and don't care if they ruin your vacation!

My reservation was for a two bedroom with double beds and a pull out sofa bed to accomadate six. We had five people and got a one bedroom with a king bed and a Murphy bed. I called getaway dealz to get the room changed but way told they would have to get in touch with the resort and call me back. STILL waiting on that phone call!!! Room was not worth the money, service was awful, and we will not recommend to anyone. Ruined our family vacation.

Upon initial entry and every time after out of the room for extended period - more than 3 hours - room had odor - could not place it. Had to get housekeeping's air fresher and use it the entire four days. Over the stay, there were at least 5 flies in the room - one dead on the bathroom floor when we arrived. As this was a BEACH location - a VIEW of the beach would have been nice or at lest a balcony - we had neither. We had a small window with a side view of the beach through another building. Another VIEW - was the one for the MODEL timeshare - could not see it because it was being cleaned. How can you sell something without it being viewable?
