Jun 12,2015I was looking forward to my new hot pink Samsung galaxys5 case. When it came I was impressed with its appearance. Unfortunately, I left the stylus in and it broke off. I had to get a replacement phone. I would advise anyone buying any stylus for a phone not to leave it inside the headphone jack, especially when your phone is in your bag/in transit. However, gizzmo heaven made a fantastic effort to rectify my situation, giving me a prompt refund and a discount code/free gift. I am very pleased with their service, perhaps it was just bad luck with the phone stylus. I would definitely consider other products from this company as their customer service is excellent
