Apr 25,2025Order placed for a new banding machine, order accepted and paid for. Notification received later that day advising out of stock but provided new delivery date or option to cancel order. We decided to wait. Further delay with delivery, again given option to wait or cancel but Globe provided details of an alternative in stock machine. We decided to go with the alternative and a partial refund. New machine arrived next day. Communication throughout has been honest, apologetic and with the option to cancel the order in every email

Apr 25,2025I have used Globe Packaging several times now for their Foam Edge Products. Their prices are better than the majority of their competitors, but it is the product itself that most impressed me, The Foam Edging & Corners are top quality & come in a green colour- so much better than the (regular) pale blue. Add quick dispatch to all of the above & it is evident why I wouldn’t purchase from anyone else! Duncan (Banbury)
