Dec 23,2024[Edit- 31/12/24] Having discussed the review below with Customer Services, I revise rating given. Globe Packaging - Customer Service Manager "to review with my [Globe Packaging] warehouse manager to work with our packing staff to avoid sending out goods like this in the future." Original Review - Ordered 20 box x 2000 strapping clips; Globe packed these in 7 outer boxes. Outer boxes were too big with no packing material to stop the heavy inner boxes from moving in transit. Inner boxes are very weak and secured with a single strip of tape. On receipt 16 out of the 20 inner boxes were split open. Clips everywhere, an hour spent reboxing and check weighing contents.

Dec 20,2024Whilst the ordering functionality went well, the courier chosen by Globe Packaging failed to arrive with my bubblewrap on time, which impacted my work planning. Having said that, people kept in touch the whole time with letting me know what had happened and to continue to communicate until the items were received. I was happy with my biodegradable bubblewrap which meets my values of earth-care. Thank you all.
