Jan 13,2025I ordered a couple of items on a next day delivery but they only arrived 8 days later. When they did arrive, the packaging was slightly damaged. I contacted Global Packaging with the issue ( which was the couriers fault - Yodel), and they were really helpful. My complaint was dealt with quickly, i was refunded the postage and received a discount. No compaints with the Global Packaging customer service but i wish they would not use Yodel as a courier.

Jan 13,2025I am going to leave the original review below. However following that review the supply company looked into my issues and have sort to resolve all the glitches. So I am now in a position to review my star rating to 4. This will happily go to a 5, if the next order comes without an issue from the delivery company. We have ordered twice from this company. Twice we have been advised that we would receive our orders in 24 hours. However twice the ‘delivery man’ couldn’t find us so we failed to get the orders for at least 4 days. That said when we did - it is all good quality and well priced. Just improve your delivery for 5stars!!

Jan 06,2025It should actually be 5 stars for Globe for their service as the package was with the carrier within hours but they were badly let down by the carriers themselves as they had the goods on the delivery vehicle at 06:15am the morning of delivery and failed to deliver that day, as I had specifically ordered the goods for a next day delivery I knew that the following day I wouldn’t be able to take delivery due to other commitments,the delivery wasn’t actually delivered until the third day
