Dec 13,2024Packages arrived in a terrible condition and poorly wrapped. I wasted a lot of time trying to return the damaged items and this is still ongoing. Overall quality of the boxes I ordered is poor. I wished I had just used Amazon instead. Update: after the above review (one star), globe packaging did get in touch and resolve my issue fully. However, it’s unfortunate that it look a public review in order to achieve this outcome. I am changing this review to 3 stars.

Dec 12,2024Globe Packaging were a great company to deal with ... the order process was straightforward and despatch quick. Delivery on the other hand was a nightmare ... three failed attempts even though there were three of us home over the delivery windows with the parcels eventually being left at the local Post Office. The staff member there tried to refuse Delivery as by that point the packaging was ripped open beyond repair. He very kindly did take them in and even attempted to make good on said packaging! Globe Packaging were helpful throughout in trying to get the parcels to us, so top marks for Customer Service!

Dec 10,2024Whilst I have used Globe via Amazon many times previously without issue, the last two orders I have placed have not been delivered. Both times this was due to the courier used not being prepared to deliver large parcels of bubble wrap. The first time I accepted it as a glitch but this is the second time and it is most frustrating as contacting Evri is a waste of time, and Amazon won’t refund until 10 days have passed. Please take note and stop using this useless courier they are tainting the reputation of a good company.

Dec 09,2024Ordered the 40 removal box package. Had an initial issue with Yodel but that was quickly rectified and another package was sent out through Parcel Force, boxes arrived swiftly with no issues. Will definitely use again if and when removal boxes are required.
