Dec 06,2024I placed an order on Sunday 24th for delivery on Monday 25th. I also asked for a refund if the delivery could not be made on the Monday. The oreder should not have commenced if Monday delivery was not possible, however, part of the delivery arrived on Tuesday 26th (too late). The remainder of the delivery arrived on 27th (even later).I have learned that next day delivery for orders placed on a Sunday actually means Tuesday and not Monday in an email I received from you. Please make it clear that next day after a Sunday and maybe even a Saturday, means Tuesday. Had I known this I would not have placed the order. The positive side was that your customer services were very helpful and understanding and issued a quick refund to me.
