This was our first ever holiday to India and we have come back astounded by the beauty of the region and the warmth of its people. Kerala Travel Centre staff both in the UK and Kerala were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was friendly and thoroughly professional. The traditional welcome on arrival was as touching as was the farewell at the Coconut lagoon. The highlight of our trip was our houseboat cruise in the keralan backwaters. A truly memorable holiday. We would highly recommend the Kerala Travel Centre.

We have just returned from India and had a wonderful holiday. India is now one of the most memorable places we have ever visited, and the Kerala Travel Centre's organisation of our trip was fantastic. The guides were very knowledgeable and hospitable and did an excellent job in showing us the sights, the hotels and houseboat all had their own unique character and were all very comfortable and enjoyable to stay at, the drivers were all on time and the vehicles very comfortable, and pickups, flights and transfers all ran smoothly. Everyone in the Keala Travel Centre both in the UK andin India bent over backwards to make our experience special. This made our holiday great, and we would highly recommend others to use this company.

I couldnt help but be impressed with the service offered by Kerala Travel. Fom the time we arrived at Heathrow for departure on Qatar Airways to the time we were met by their representative in Cochin we were looked after so well. Their driver was excellent and they even supplied us with a mobile phone in case we needed their help at anytime. We did not as everything ran like clockwork. A couple of minor details were missed as we are both vegetarian but otherwise first class treatment.
