Apr 29,2014This was our first trip to South India and we were nervous as we were travelling with our two young sons of 3yrs and 7 yrs. We neednot have worried as we were given a holiday itinerary that perfectly matched our specification and ensured we were given great support along the way in terms of transport, accommodation and local guide and representative support. As it was a celebratory birthday trip the hotels organised special birthday cakes and presentations that made the trip very personal and special for the children. I would definitely recommend them as it;s the best Ihave experienced in all of my years of travelling.

Apr 11,2014I would recommend using this firm for organising holidays. Their specialised expertise, which in our case was Kerala, is invaluable especially for first time travellers to that area. We were helped and advised on our visa applications and through the holiday we had several calls to ask if everything was going well and if there were any problems. We hope to use this firm again as we had a fantastic holiday in Kerala.

Mar 17,2014We had a fantastic road trip in South India during February and March 2014. Kereala Travel Centre worked with us to organise the itinerary. Everything worked really well on the tour. The car was very comfortable, our driver was amazing, he kept us safe on long journeys, was friendly, informative and helpful and ensured we got to know India. The accommodation was also very good and our guides were also good. We .also like the fact that the company kept in touch with us throughout the holiday. As we were celebrating out 10th anniversary KTC had organised a special meal for us and the staff at the hotel also decorate our room. A fantastic trip.. .

The tour was impeccably organised, the hotels they picked were excellent and Johnson, our driver, was unfailingly good as were the local guides as we toured around Kerala. We had a limited time for the holiday and they really helped us make the most of it.

Jun 06,2013We couldn't find what we were looking for in a package deal as we had already visitied Sri Lanka for a holiday before and had visited a lot of the tourist areas. However, we loved the country so much we wanted to go back and visit what we did not have a chance to experience on a previous visit. The Kerela/Sri Lanka Travel Centre listened to what we needed, then put the whole itinerary together both for the Sri Lanka part of the holiday and the second part in the Maldives. We had a driver for 9 days who was knowledgeable, polite and totally reliable. We will definitely use the Kerela/Sri lanka travel Centre to book our next holidays in Sri Lanka and Kerela in the future - we can't recommend them highly enough.

Jun 02,2013We travelled in a group of four with two of our friends and had a truly wonderful experience in a country that made us very welcome. The trip was tailored for us from start to finish by Kerala Travel Centre giving us choices of where to stay and we found all of the to be of a high standard.Our chauffeur was a local lad and he was very attentive and took us to some parts of Kerala that ready made tours would probably miss out. We were introduced to many local people, some in their homes, and everywhere we went we were made to feel special. The festivals are fantastic and shouldn't be missed - elephants, fireworks, food and fun. Our riceboat journey was really enjoyable and we would recommend that two nights aboard really should be a minimum stay to take in most of the high spots on the waterways. Many, many more experiences on this trip made it a holiday to remember, for all of the right reasons, and our thanks must go to Kerala Travel Centre for organising it so professionally.

May 25,2013Kerala is easily the most beautiful country I have ever been to. I have travelled widely, and love the Far East in particular. But Kerala is outstanding. The people are friendly and warm. The food is excellent. Our accommodation was in each case very good - particularly The Coconut Lagoon, which was extraordinary and very welcoming. I would love to go back to Kerala - and would thoroughly recommend the Kerala Travel Centre to anyone thinking of visiting.

May 23,2013One of the best holidays ever. We had a whole month in Karnataka and the northern part of Kerala. The itinerary incorporated wildlife safaris, hill stations & little trains , tea and spice plantations, palaces, temples and cultural peformances, a houseboat on the backwaters and a final five days at a beach resort. Throughout, we stayed in very individual, character hotels and - best of all - at four glorious private homestay properties, These were what made the holiday really special. The accommodations were all lovely, we learnt a lot about the families and their lives and the home cooking was superb - much better than the rather standardised fare in hotels and restaurants. We were treated like family guests. At one, we dined with the new regional police chief, at another we canoed on the lake and had a fantastic evening at the sixtieth birthday party of our host and enjoyed meeting his charming friends and famiy. Elsewhere, we were taken all around the area which included homes of several craftsmen, a school, a village breakfast and a huge religious festival with elephants and drummers. So very many memorable moments. Our lovely driver/guide and the service throughout were fantastic. We can unreservedly recommend Kerala Travel Centre. AND we had a quote for the identical itinerary from another company; Kerala Travel came in substantially less expensive! What more could you ask.

May 22,2013Fantastic holiday in Kerala organised perfectly. No problems at all with arrangements. All hotels although very different were wonderful and as described, well worth paying for the deluxe tour. Our driver, Biju picked us up from our first hotel the following morning and stayed with us for 10 days. He was smart, polite but friendly, always on time and spoke excellent English, which was a bonus as we were told by others using different companies that their drivers English was not so good. Half way through our holiday I became unwell and the driver was very quick to respond and got me to the nearest hospital where he dealt with everything for us & I was treated immediately.This could have ruined our holiday but when we arrived at our next destination he suggested changing our itinery so we would not miss out on any tours and I could recuperate before carrying on further. This efficiency impressed us and we did not miss out on a single tour.The drivers are obviously very well trained. Had we been on a group tour it would have posed many more problems. Without a doubt would definately use this company again.

May 20,2013If ever you are thinking of travelling to india the best company to travel with is Kerala Travel Centre they are truly the best. We could not have been looked after any better. The drivers and guides really are kind knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble

May 20,2013our first trip to india and involved a number of hotel changes during the trip, and a night on a house boat, before five nights on the beach, all the hotels were first class, and the attention to detail made the difference, my wife food allergy is sometime a worry, but always the staff and on two occassion the chef personnally came to talk us through the menu, the food was great ?? our guide drivers were friendly and proffessional and the cars comfortable. dont miss the massages and treatment they are superb and good value

May 20,2013Kerala travel has enabled us to have three wonderful holidays in India and Sri Lanka. We like the fact that they are based in India and know the area well and can offer sound advice based on local knowledge. We also enjoyed the flexibility they offer on individual tours. The accommodation on their list would suit the majority of travellers needs and tastes. They have some especially good small home stays and guest houses that give one the opportunity to get off the beaten track and enjoy some wonderful hospitality. We would thoroughly recommend Kerala Travel and its associates to arrange a visit to India .

May 20,2013Visited Kerala in Dec 2012 having booked everything through KTC. Found the team very easy to do business with, they understood what we wanted and were very knowledgeable about the area. Our driver was excellent and very friendly as was the welcome host at our first stop. We had a fantastic trip and using KTC made that a lot less stressful as there was always support when you needed it - when travelling with family, that always helps. Couple of minor niggles: (i) the paperwork stated the driver was available if wanted during unplanned periods but he didn't seem to be (ii) one of the hotels was not quite as expected (lack of bar etc) but then we did go for the "economy" tour and the rooms and views were fine. Overall, would definitely recommend KTC to anyone looking at a trip to this area - particularly if constrained by budget / time as we had spent days trying to plan our own trip before we found these guys and they made it very easy in the end!

May 20,2013We have booked five holidays with Kerala travel Centre. Each one has been excellent, and this is due in the main to the service we have received which in our opinion could not be bettered! We have put our own itinerary together and have left hotel bookings, travel etc to the agents to arrange. I think that one of the reasons for the success of Kerala Travel is that the agents are based in India and therefore are extremely knowledgeable about the the different holidays they book for their clients.There is always a local agent on hand in the rare event of there being any problems. An excellent company that I would have no hesitation in recommending for a holiday in India.

May 02,2014We experienced outstanding service right through our holiday , from the initial booking when we were contacted efficiently at all the planning stages to the friendly and knowledgeable guides provided .Our visit to an elephant festival was the highlight of our trip and both guide and driver did everything possible for us to enjoy it .
