Dec 09,2023What should have been a simpell purchase of my home with no chain as turned in to a nightmare if this gets finished when they say. It will have taken 5 months and all of this will have been down too the total incompetence of Chole Trueman and her secretary that have blatantly lied to me on the phone This is a fact i can prove if they wish to challenge me Leeds building society and 3MC mortgage brokers have been excellent in there help trying to deal with this matter Please do not uses this branch they are not qualified enough to deal with anything that is important Disgraceful is the best i could say Mr R Corr
