Jan 25,2024Please do not use Glover Priest for your conveyancing needs. Chole Trumans team have been nothing but disrespectful and rude in correspondence. As first time buyers we are trying to understand the process and instead of explaining anything. They have sprung extra charges on us at the last minute, because they know the process and we don't and now we can't back out. Absolutely appalling customer service from start to finish.

Jan 23,2024Our agent was lovely and was very helpful, but clearly had a large workload and often was not available when needed. Their phone lines close at 5pm which is not ideal if you work in an environment where you cannot access your phone freely during the day. There were also things which could have been dealt with well ahead of completion which were left (and charged for) at the last minute. Due to 'unforseen charges' we owed an extra £500 which luckily we could find. Better communication, clearer billing and faster turn around would have improved the rating.
