Jun 28,2024My experience with this Solicitors was lacklustre and demonstrated all the problems our country has in the Conveyancing process. They did not expedite the registration of my property despite being instructed to on more than two occasions. This now directly impedes my ability to re-mortgage at the planned time. 1. They do not do what you ask them to do. 2. They do not do what was agreed in the timescale agreed. 3. They take too long to do basic things like check a form. 4. I suspect this company is a "mill" and you are one of hundreds of cases, hence why you are treated like a number and there are low service levels. 5. If you do not call them 1-2 times a week, your case will take even longer. 6. There is no incentive for this company to progress quickly as they get paid whether they take 1 month or 1 year to complete.
