Nov 07,2024So far, this is the best car rental experience ever in our European trip. The price is much cheaper than some worldwide companies, but the car, service and staff are excellent! Since we have purchased the full insurance, there are no hidden costs, no deposits, and the contract is very clear. Pick up and drop off is very easy, fast, and stress free. We enjoy driving with your good, clean and energetic car to explore such a beautiful island! This company absolutely deserves a 5 star!

Oct 30,2024This was our third year going to Crete and also third time renting from GoMega. 1st year was a nearly new Opel in excellent condition. 2nd year a Skoda also in perfect condition. This year we received a Seat which had been put through many hard kilometers. The cover in the trunk of the car did not work. The cover/door to the small coin box below the steering wheel continuously opened over small bumps. The windshield wipers should have been replaced a long time ago. The brakes were noisy. Otherwise GoMega has great service.

Ils nous ont envoyer des messages avec les différentes consignes de rdv avant le départ par WhatsApp. Ils nous attendaient à la sortie de l'aéroport pour nous donner la voiture. Vraiment je recommande sans hésiter. Surtout que les tarifs sont très correctes par rapport à la concurrence. Merci à Gomega

C’était simple rapide et efficace, les prix raisonnables et le personnel super sympathique. N’hésitez pas (enfin prenez l’assurance tout risque pour vraiment être tranquille)

Dec 13,2024Outstanding service. Purchased a gaming chair, was very happy with it. However it did develop faults over time. Just before the guarantee was up I contacted them about a faults. Thomas the customer service guy couldn't do enough to help me. He sent out replacement parts which arrived swiftly and now the chair is as good as new. Thank you very much.
