Sep 09,2024Chose and Booked a specific model because I knew that car but I was expecting another one of the same class as usual with rent-a-cars. None of that! I've got exactly the car I wanted, brand new and at a very reasonable price! The staff was very friendly. I experienced both the shuttle that took me from Heraklion Port to Gomega where the car was delivered to me and the return at Heraklion Port where Gomega went to pick up the car. Both were flawless experiences. No complications with guarantees or credit card blocked or any kind of distrust. That was very gratifying! Next time I'll choose Gomega for sure!

Sep 08,2024Am închiriat o mașină de la ei în August! Foarte serioși și amabili! Dau 4 stele din cauza scaunului de copil, ar trebui să fie ameliorat! Deloc confortabil! În rest totul a decurs bine în raport cu prețul plătit! Recomand Gomega!! Mulțumim !!

Very good service, full insurance, no additional fees, free pickup from the airport, after returning the car we were taken to the airport, everything quickly and efficiently with a smile on your face. Clear explanation, no hassle (especially when you just use the fully insured option), clean car that performs well and very trustworthy. From picking up to dropping off the car a perfect experience. Responsive via email with additional questions, perfect service. For me it's a no-brainer so I will definitely rent again at Gomega next time!

Sep 06,2024Ho noleggiato un Opel astra per il periodo dal 3 al 13 agosto. L'auto era in condizioni perfette e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consiglio di fare l'assicurazione, certe compagnie hanno prezzi altissimi, Gomega invece ha dei prezzi decisamente onesti ed accessibili. Per ultimo aggiungo la loro cordialità e disponibilità per ogni eventuale problematica. Se andate a Creta, noleggiate da loro

Il personale è incredibilmente gentile e sempre disponibile, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o esigenza tramite contatto WhatsApp. Le auto offerte sono di ottima qualità, ben mantenute e pulite, rendendo ogni viaggio un piacere. Un altro grande vantaggio è l’assistenza continua che Gomega fornisce. Non importa l’ora del giorno, sono sempre pronti ad aiutare. Inoltre, i prezzi sono estremamente competitivi, soprattutto considerando l’elevato livello di servizio offerto. Consiglio vivamente Gomega a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza di noleggio auto senza stress e di alta qualità a Creta.
