Petites attentions, accueil, indications pour se trouver, modernité des outils et véhicule très récent, très propre. Je conseille à 200% Gomega

Navette au rendez-vous malgré un atterrissage à Héraklion à 22h00. Au top. Personnel charmant, disponible et attentif. J'ai pris l'assurance premium et aucun soucis de transaction ni de dossier au début ni au retour à l'agence. Je recommande vivement.

Oct 04,2024Nous recommandons à 100 % l'agence Gomega. Tout était déjà bien expliqué avant l'arrivée via whatsapp. Une fois atterri, une navette nous attendait à l'aéroport. Nous avons été heureux de récupérer un véhicule tout neuf, à l'agence toute proche de l'aéroport. Au retour, nous avons rendu le véhicule à l'aéroport après avoir téléphoné à l'agence 5mn avant. Tout était vraiment clair et parfait, sans mauvaise surprise, avec un personnel au top. Nous avons réservé de France par internet pour 3 semaines.

Oct 03,2024Très sympas voiture neuve une clio diesel qui consomme rien venue nous chercher à l aéroport et voiture a 5 minutes de l aéroport idem pour le retour déposer la voiture à l agence et ils nous dépose à l aéroport En plus si vous prenez l assurance complote pas d empreinte de carte bleue ras

On this one, we have booked a car with just a few hours before we arrive in Crete, we didn't even thought it will be possible, but they did it. Oct 02,2024Sans problème et sans surprise. Réservation faite par le site avec ensuite un suivi rapide par mail. Le véhicule réservé était propre et récent. Pas de souci de carte bleue et assurance avec l'option full assurance. A recommander. Personnel très disponible et sympathique

Oct 01,2024First time using Gomega. Sent a video to show where pick up is at Heraklion Airport. Phoned once we got to arrival hall and they arrived within 5 minutes. Great service, very friendly and great car with only 15k km on clock. Will certainly use Gomega again on future trips to Crete.
