Apr 22,2025We had wardrobes fitted almost 7 years ago. The wardrobes are amazing, sturdy and look great! Recently, my husband caused some damage to one of the panels and the after sales care is incredible, even after all of this time! We will definitely use them in future homes! Special mention to Harlea Spencer who's communication and after care was outstanding!

Feb 25,2025Well what can I say other than I’m over the moon with all three fitted wardrobes. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. I asked lots of questions, responses were quick. The quality is amazing and the delivery/fitting was quick. Price is super competitive. Over all can’t recommend this company enough. Harlea thank you for you patience, I know I changed my mind more than once 😁

They were delivered and fitted on time plus didn’t take long to fit. I am really happy with them. Thank you everyone at Gooding.

Nov 09,2024Jon Nutall attended the appointment on time communicating before hand on a specific eta. Without even asking Jon removed his work boots (we have recently had new carpet laid). He was extremely thorough with the job, paid close attention to what needed repairing / replacing and carried out the job in a professional manner. Jon made sure I was happy with the work before he left and I felt assured and confident with his work. Thank you Jon.

Aug 20,2024Awful. We reported a fault 7 weeks ago. Booked in twice to attend and didn’t show up. Then the part got delivered. 3 weeks later they email to arrange delivery of the part they’ve already delivered! Completely unreliable and poor communication.

The whole process was very easy from start to finish and the service I received from Harlea, Danny the fitter and the guys who took my old doors away was excellent. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Jun 03,2024AVOID GOODINGS. WE GOT OUR WARDROBES FITTED VIA THEM, FEW ISSUES AND WE ARE STILL GOING BACKWARD AND FORWARDS WITH THIS COMPANY. TEAM IS RUDE AND WILL NOT LET YOU SPEAK, THEY WILL TALK OVER SO YOU CAN NEVER GET YOUR POINT ACROSS.

Jan 17,2024We bought a former show home and found the laminate was coming away from the wardrobe doors (installed c.4 years ago). Agreed a deal direct with Goodings to have them replaced and these have been delivered and fitted this week. Very pleased with the way this was handled, including taking away the old doors and packaging. Special mention to fitter (Kamil?) who was very professional and a pleasure to work with, but thanks to all.

Apr 22,2025We had wardrobes fitted by Goodings as part of the completion of our New House through Persimmons, as we wanted it finished before we moved in. Before the 2 year warranty period ended we were having problems with the doors pulling each other. Dana Hilton sent out a do it yourself maintenance sheet, which is useful when this job was completed. Persimmon Customer Care chased for 4 months to get a fitter out. Eventually a fitter said they would be here between 11am and 2pm, we were given the name of the fitter. The named fitter failed to show by 2pm instead a really good fitter turned up at 2.50pm. He had a look and showed us what was wrong, took 10 mins to fix. Thank you for this, your work and help was much appreciated. You are a credit to yourself and the company. Other than this fitter, the aftercare is a waste of time. It would help if you tried explaining what is happening instead of a lack of communication.
