I orderd an rx of antibiotics on january 9th. I forgot to add ibuprofen to my order. I called and was on eternal hold. I had no choice but to create a second order figuring I will call and explain. Some girl that works out of her home handles customer service. She was as helpful as she could be in requesting the refund of 59.99, 49.99 +10.00 for ibuprofen. As expected, I had to follow up with her about a week later and she said she didn't know why it was not refunded yet but she would request it again. Fast forward to today 1/24/23 I called her again. She again did not know why the refunds were not processed. I called the number on my bank statement and called to have some guy answer HELLO. no introduction of who he was, what company I was calling, nothing. I proceeded to tell him what happened and he said he only handles the accounts to respond to the email. WHAT EMAIL!!! This is a shady company. I would never use them again. How all these good reviews are on here I have no idea. This company is not reputable at all. When you call them you are getting people sitting at their home computer and are obviously not communicating. When I said I would simply dispute with my bank. This "guy" sat silent. NOT EVEN RESPONDING!!!! stay far far away from here! I will be posting reviews other places to give a REAL experience.
I needed a Dr to help my 6 year old son the day after Christmas. I never got an email as the site said I would. I got a text and then no further communication. They took my $39.99 and then didn't help us, said it was because my son was under 18. I called twice to request the refund. They said it would take 3-5 business days. I called back and then they said 7 business days and it was in the works. I just called again and they wouldn't answer. I submitted a request on their website too. No response. I am very upset. Not only did they not help me when my son was sick, but they charged me and have refused to refund my money.
I just used for first time. Within 5 minutes I got 2 emails, one was confirmation, the next was a refund for one of the meds that they wouldn’t fill because it may have an interaction with meds I take daily. The next email came 30 minutes later, telling me my script was sent to my pharmacy. I called my pharmacy to confirm, and yes they had it and were working on it. I was really afraid this was a scam, or maybe not but I would have to wait a lot longer. I am THRILLED.
Accidently asked for meds 2xs. One was accepted by pharmacy. Other was rejected because it was the same but by different doctor which was fair. Have asked for refund 3xs in 3 weeks. Agent doesn't understand what the problem is in getting me refund. Will not use this service again and I suggest everyone should stay away. There are many other sites to use.
Apparently calling in two prescriptions accurately is an issue for this service.

I paid for a prescription and they have not sent it to me I am waiting for more than 10 hours and they do not have a telephone to answer or an email to communicate, they just automatically send you the same email that they sent you at the beginning this sounds like a scam
I just answered a few questions about my symptoms and a prescription was sent to my door I followed the instructions and two weeks later I am feeling 100% better. I will definitely use this company for future needs. No doctor babble, no unaffordable medications or treatment. Simple and done!
I love this website/service so much! I had covid really bad for a month and everyone knows it can cause other issues like UTIs. They sent my prescription the next day which is very convenient when your primary doctor isn't available. My purse was stolen which had my antibiotics in it unfortunately so I went through them again to get a replacement and I told them what happened and sent me another prescription. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you so very much for the great stress free service!
Answered s few questions about my symptoms and my medical history and was forwarded to payment gateway. Prescription was sent to my pharmacy. The meds helped with my issue. Will still need to follow up with my primary as directed.

This is bull do not trust this app. They told me I’ll be waiting on my medication in two hours over that was not true. Then when I told him to give me my money back, they didn’t block me. Do not use this app or a good MD, whatever they call themselves it is a terrible terrible experience.

Jan 31,2023I had a great experience. My UTI was really bad and urgent care was fully scheduled. My daughter found the site. I was pretty desperate and in a lot of pain.They sent me email promptly. I got my prescription sent to my pharmacy within 2 hrs. I was able to sleep that night :)
