Jan 03,2023The quick and effective resolution, on Christmas is something you cannot find elsewhere and is greatly appreciated. The cost is extremely reasonable especially considering the customer service you get with it. You cannot get that pricing for an in-office visit. You avoid the hassles of trying to get into see a Dr. and the unnecessary tests and costs. I Highly recommended.

Jan 01,2023The process was very easy. I could use my preferred pharmacy and all I had to do was provide my symptoms. It was Christmas Day and I wasn’t sure how I was going to get meds but I was terrible pain and found goodmd. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Dec 27,2022I paid money to have a lab processed after I completed my medication. After a week of waiting with no results (it was urine so that timeframe was concerning) they told me they couldn’t fine me in their system. after hours of disputing this they told me they lost my sample in the mail. after hours of disputing THAT they told me they found me in their system and that my results were still pending. when I called back a week later they said they couldn’t find me in their system AGAIN and after i argued on the phone AGAIN they found me and told me they were unable to process my specimen. They sent the lab “results” to me and I noticed my first AND last name were spelt incorrectly on the requisition, AND they were testing me for the incorrect bacteria. It took days to get anyone to get back to me and good mds said they would follow up with me to have a new urine sample ordered for free. It’s been days since that and still nothing, I’ve even sent multiple emails regarding all of this with no response back. Im extremely dissatisfied and heavily believe good mfs should not be utilized for anything, even in emergency situations like mine.
