Sep 23,2021I would give them a zero if I could! Worse experience ever! I ordered Latisse (eyelash growth), the first time I entered my CC info the site popped up stating my transaction couldn’t be completed. I called the CS line after trying 20+ times BC no one is available, finally after approx the 25th time trying I finally I got a gentleman (who was driving in his convertible) told me to just try again the system might be down! Following his advice I tried with a different Credit card. Well,! Same thing the transaction couldn’t be approved. So I checked both credit cards and I was charged for both transactions. I called the CS line yet again and after 10-15 tries no one was available to take my call. So I tried the online chat - let me just say - I could tell the attitude right over the chat. Telling me to call CS, as I told that person I have tried many times. I took screens shots of the conversation and told them I would be giving a bad review, then OHHHHH now they want to be helpful telling me they will credit one of my order numbers. All of this took place on 9/9, here it is on my 3rd follow up on 9/22 still no credit. Wish I was able to attach my screen shots of the on line chat conversation. I will NEVER EVER deal with this again, I’ll go to my dr and pay them the fee for a prescription. Shame on your “GOOD”MD!!!! Shame on you.

Sep 18,2021It worked! It took a little while for them to confirm the prescription was ready and send the instructions, but the pharmacy was closed anyway. It was ready in the morning. And when I confirmed with the pharmacy, it was ready for pickup. Actually a little surprised.

Sep 11,2021I tried Good MDs this morning because of a tooth issue. It works, and it cut out all the bs, just got straight and to the point. I know I had a tooth infection, I’ve had one before, and I know what I needed. The weekend was coming and the only way to get through it was getting treated today. I filled out the forms and waited for a reply, I was about to start worrying, but in about 2 hours magically I got an email and my prescription was at the pharmacy. It’s not instant like some places, but it works.
