Aug 02,2021I will admit I was skeptical but they delivered on what they promised in a very reasonable amount of time. I would have had to wait 3 weeks to see my dentist to get antibiotics for what I knew was an infection which would have meant 3 more weeks of pain. I also had to call customer service because, unknown to me at the time, I had the prescription sent to wrong pharmacy. The customer service was exceptional. Much appreciated

Aug 01,2021I called first thing this morning and it is now 9 p.m. and nothing at all. No calls to my pharmacy and when I call GoodMd, no one to talk too. DO NOT USE THEM. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal and filed a dispute. I was in pain with no help. I had to spend a lot more money to be seen at an urgent care but at least I feel better now no thanks to this company.

Jul 29,2021If you take someone’s money, you should have some type of customer service line for any type of errors etc.. I have called in 10 times and no one answers the operator line. It just hangs up automatically after stating no one can answer the phone. I literally will now have to go through my bank and request a refund. Make sure you are sure before using this service.

Jul 27,2021Had strep throat that was gonna cost $400 + step throat test + drugs just to go see a doctor for something i knew i already had. Good MDs got me antibiotics within 30 minutes, didn't have to contact anyone or anything. This website is legit and you should definitely use it if you require antibiotics for things like strep throat. It will save you a ton of money, my total cost ending up being $50 instead.

Jul 24,2021I have a toothache and am in horrible pain. I signed up for this thinking I could get a antibiotics to take away the pain so that I could enjoy my birthday party that is today. I thought it was a 24 hour service. I signed up at 4:29am. It’s currently 8:38am. I got about two hours of sleep and I still don’t have any communication from them besides the confirmation email Smdh

Jul 18,2021Website advertises 24 seven service. However that’s not the truth. Call the 800 number got hung up on but automated service nobody’s available. Send IM message was told that I would be contacted during normal business hours. Apparently 24 seven. I paid for a service expecting a doctor call and a script for an URI almost 3 hours and still waiting.
