Jun 01,2024I have an immobile kidney stone and get frequent UTI's. When I feel the symptoms getting stronger I call my Dr for an appointment. That usually takes several days to get in on a cancelation from someone else. During that waiting period the pain gets worse. These Doctors are a gamechanger. Within hours of this visit I was taking antibiotics. A great service!

May 26,2024Woke up with strep throat on a holiday weekend. Im agoraphobic so urgent care was out of the question. Filled out a form about my symptoms and had an antibiotic within an hour waiting at CVS. So grateful for this service.

May 23,2024Just a horrible company to work with! Tests sent to Quest that they were not familiar with and not able to perform in this State. Results came back as “inadequate specimen” and some how Good MDs have nothing to say other than to speak to my PCP. Isn’t this what I just paid you for? Just stay away from these fraudsters. There are so many other more reputable companies on the market

Jun 11,2024We completed the online paperwork on Sunday 06.09.24 for antibiotics. Besides, the initial email that was sent after the $39.99 payment was made there was never any additional communication. We decided to call around 8:30pm and then discovered there were no customer service agents available. I guess because it was Sunday they were closed. Monday morning at 10 am we called and finally was able to speak with someone. We were told it was an oversight and we would receive an email within the hour. It is now 1:00pm and still no email. We called back and was told the prescription was sent but the email to notify us wasn't sent. No thank you... please give me a refund. This was the worst of all the online providers that offer this service. On top of that no real apology. Lets hope I get the refund or I will be filing a claim with Better Business Bureau!.
