Feb 28,2022Ordered several bars. One of which was the jolly rancher one which I was very excited about. But when I tried to use it there was no hit. The light comes up but no flavour and no smoke. I emailed them and they said they will give me replacement in my next order. But I don’t want to order from them anymore as there are better deals out there. I asked if they could just replace and they said they can’t. They said I have to send it back to them in the post and pay for the postage myself. Recorded delivery (so they don’t nick it) nearly same price as the vape… also I have thrown it in the bin now. Rubbish service wont be back here
