Oct 31,2021It would have been nice to have been kept in the loop with what was happening yo our delivery. I had to chase for nearly a week to get the invoice sent in order to pay. Still not received our order yet either and was expecting it the day after we paid. However the Fantasi Ice range is going down a storm in our store. Great product great price.

Oct 26,2021This has now been resolved review update I never received my order! I ordered some coils from Gourmet Eliquds and royal mail have lost the package. After calling royal mail and raising a complaint they have told me they are unable to retrieve the package and that the sender would need to resend the item. I now have the letter from royal mail to confirm this and have attempted to reach out to Gourmet via a webform and phone call and have not had any response or anweser. Order #96408
