May 11,2021Have emailed once about a stuck bottle (broken threads and a large amount of being annoyed after many options failed). They replaced my bottle which was lovely and it came very quickly! Today I rang up about an issue and was met with a friendly sale person at the other end, my problem was solved as we spoke. I use this website for older hard to find eliquid and only as a treat but alone their support is amazing and I will continue to support them in my 100ml treats :)
