Sep 11,2022I had a PCR test at Exeter Airport at 14.45 on Wednesday afternoon for a flight to Qatar on Friday morning. I was assured that the result should be with me for a 10a.m. check-in. It wasn't. I rang the helpline, and the person I spoke to was reasonable but said that I should have been advised that 48 hours means 48 hours - I wasn't. I missed my flight and had to get the next one, arriving at my destination over 4 hours later than planned.
