Good experience with this company so far, I rate them highly. I dealt with Chantelle in the recruitment process and she was and still is absolutely amazing! She basically took me by the hand through the onboarding process, keeping me updated and was very polite and responsive in a professional way. Its been a pleasant working with her and I think she's an asset to this company.

Easy, simple procedure. As I was the only one there I was straight in and out. Not surprised the Norwich Airport outlet is closing in September. Did seem rather expensive at £90 though.
I had a PCR test at Exeter Airport at 14.45 on Wednesday afternoon for a flight to Qatar on Friday morning. I was assured that the result should be with me for a 10a.m. check-in. It wasn't. I rang the helpline, and the person I spoke to was reasonable but said that I should have been advised that 48 hours means 48 hours - I wasn't. I missed my flight and had to get the next one, arriving at my destination over 4 hours later than planned.
