Sep 01,2022Arriving at airport for flight to Spain. I did not have a Covid pass. I went to testing centre with no appt and they fitted me in straight away so I did not miss the flight. Very efficient. 30 mins from start to finish!!

Aug 29,2022It was a fast and efficient service but frankly for the price you pay you would expect it to be so. The staff at the test centre were friendly and professional. Our results came through at the time promised. We required the forms to be in the Japan Ministry’s format and once I let them know they were returned to me within 40 minutes, very fast-thanks to Mo Jasat, the staff member who dealt with this.

Aug 25,2022While the overall experience was excellent I'm afraid cannot give it a five star rating, which is what the service I received deserves, because I have to challenge the whole idea of testing for Covid anymore. It is no longer necessary to provide a negative test to fly to most countries insisting we still do in certain instances seems to me that it's just another way of extorting money from the already overstretched public.
