Mar 31,2022When booking my lateral flow test, I had questions regarding validity of the length of the test. A customer services agent answered all my questions quickly and professionally. She then provided email confirmation of our telephone discussion. When I arrived at Exeter airport, all the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I have no complaints about the service I received.

Mar 31,2022On the afternoon/evening of March 28, I attempted to schedule a mandatory day-before-you-fly CoVid test before my return to the USA. Unfortunately the website would not allow me to complete the appointment process. After several hours of frustrating attempts I found the email address for customer contact. I sent a note expressing my frustration and panic since I MUST have the CoVid test and results the very next day. I didn’t know if the website stopped working after 5 pm as the telephone contact number did. About an hour after my email was sent, the most compassionate gentleman telephoned me, explained that the website was undergoing repairs by the company that GPDQ contracts with and offered to schedule my appointment immediately. He completed my application and had scheduled my appointment for the following morning, all within about 5 minutes! What a relief. He was a very kind and efficient representative, and I was a most happy customer!

Mar 31,2022I did my Pre-departure PCR test on Monday afternoon, as I was flying off on Wednesday afternoon (less than 48 hours required to fly). On Tuesday, I was told that my results won't be out till 48 hours later. How can that be when that was the requirement by the airlines & the country that I'm flying to. I panicked, called the call centre & was told that they can't assist. Luckily, I managed to speak to be connected with the Supervisor, Donna and she gave us periodical assurance that we would get the results by Tuesday and she followed up constantly. I managed to get the results on Tuesday night & able to fly off on Wednesday. Bravo Donna! We really appreciate your help

Mar 31,2022Had a night mare trying to use boots service ,,so had to use the GPDQ service at Exeter Airport ,,were about to close but rushed my test through ,,no problem ,, quick ,,and friendly service . Highly recommend . Unlike the rest of Exeter airport personnel.

Mar 30,2022my test was inconclusive, i had lots of problems with that as i was flying, i had test before this one on the same day and after it and every day for 3 days after it then another PCR test a week later all negative. so i feel the test was not tested correctly and there for i payed a lot of money for nothing.
