Jan 06,2025Fantastic service throughout - having had a disappointing service from a solicitor previously, I wasn't expecting too much but I couldn't recommend the team at Graysons enough. From start to finish, the care and support offered by Emma and Gemma, as well as the reception staff both over the phone and in person, was fantastic, offering updates whenever requested and always providing me with all information so I was never left in the dark about what stage the process was at. The addition of the mobile app to track progress also added to the service and left me very confident in the team. All queries were seen to promptly with local authorities and the seller's solicitor. I would definitely recommend and will be using Graysons in future for any conveyancing matters.
