Having made an appointment with Graysons, we met Shona Gore, Private Client Advisor. Shona was friendly and professional and immediately put us at ease at our meeting, firstly listening to our thoughts and then providing advice and options on the way forward. Within a couple of days Shona had prepared draught Wills for us to look over and make any amendments, if necessary, before arranging a second meeting to sign the Wills. Sep 15,2024The service I received while buying a house was really poor. Nobody explained the process to me. I was constantly having to chase every little thing. Emails and voicemails went unanswered. On several occasions the vendors solicitor and estate agents where asking me if I was still going ahead with the purchase as it was taking so long. I was given time scales that were not followed. I was told "sh!ts hit the fan" and called "doll" which I found very unprofessional. The only reason why it is not one star was because other members of staff resolved the issues over time. I had a really bad experience and will not be using this company again.

Sep 13,2024The buyer's of my house used Graysons and they are the worst solicitor I have ever dealt with. My sale was delayed by weeks in the end. Even simple enquiries took weeks to be dealt with, no one answered the phone, left messages were no returned. I advise against using this firm

Aug 31,2024In terms of amending my will, Graysons have been very good - efficient, good communication. In terms of managing the process of dealing with my late wife's estate, less so. This has gone on for months, and feels like it's taking too long. Communication on progress is infrequent, I am having to chase for updates.

When things took a turn for the worst, they also helped us with a last-minute will arrangement, even coming into the hospital to make things as easy as possible for us. Myself and my family are so grateful to Alex Smith and Isabel Hilton in particular. They were not only incredibly professional and responsive to all of our queries, they were extremely considerate of our situation and checked in regularly to see how we were getting on.
