This was done via emails, telephone calls etc. Graysons took away any anxiety I had and explained everything. Has for conveyancing services.the first 2 months was quite bad with Lacey. During one of the hardest years of our lives, Ellie showed us (myself, my brother and mother) nothing but patience, understanding and professionalism. After the death of our late Father, a gruelling probate, a lengthy complex and confusing house sale, made easier and less daunting by the amazing Claire and Mariet, the estate was finally settled and left us all feeling relieved by Ellie. Jan 18,2023Felt the appointment was a bit rushed and sometimes found it hard to fully understand what was being said as I didn't feel it was explained very clearly. Also the person whom I spoke with was VERY casually dressed and did not look at all "professional" like most legal professionals usually do! Also think the charges for services like a will re-write when only very small changes are required is too high.
