GoD**** customer I can tell that Greengeeks is much way better regarding Services, Support and Server Uptime. and I admire how they ensure a positive user experience and sustaining business operations. also I recommend theme to my new clients and already moved all my previous clients to their host. and I think anyone should think about moving to Greengeeks. Also they have a nice Affiliate program with no delay on payment. maybe I got mad on theme once but it was my mistake 😅 but still I love the service. and hope one day if I will visit Amsterdam to pass by 🤗 This is maybe a second time I do a review for a company as am not that kind of person who likes to make reviews but really after all this years of support I consider theme as a family and they worth at least to give theme the credit for making my business success. Dec 12,2024I've been a longtime website builder on shared hosting accounts. Over the years I have experienced many providers that cut corners and don't understand what they are doing. The result can be disastrous. In my 4 years with GreenGeeks I have found a professional partner that is expert at hosting and delivers a quality product. I'm hosting 25 sites there, all with SSH and Git access, databases and some with email. We just finished a upgrade to a new server, and everything went as planned. Only one site out of 25 required any intervention on my part. Very impressive. GG provides rock solid hosting at highly competitive prices. In addition they provide support with knowledgeable staff, and use an escalation system for difficult problems. I really appreciate the product and service they provide, they make my life so much easier. GG provides a well defined offering with everything a developer needs to efficiently and successfully host your small client's websites. SSH, GIT, DB's Email, DNS tools. Their reseller accounts give you the tools to manage all your projects yourself.

Dec 12,2024I chose GreenGeeks originally because of their Wind-Powered pitch. I wanted to have a smaller impact, knowing the energy that hosting and the internet in general consume. I've now been with Greengeeks for TEN years, and refer all my clients to them. The support is outstanding - i love the live chat, there's always a human to help me within minutes, and 99.9% of the time it only takes one session to solve a problem. The service is reliable and well-priced, and the range of cPanel tools and options - even with shared hosting - is excellent. Highly recommend!

Dec 11,2024I've been a GreenGeeks customer for years and years and would never dream of leaving them. The main reason is their support - I have a technical support agent immediately available to me as soon as I start the chat, 24/7. Furthermore, the agent always, I mean always, resolves my issue, quickly and efficiently. Also there is never, ever, a need to repeat myself - the agent always gets it and just gets on with providing a resolution. They also never hurry me off the support chat, they are at full disposition until I have absolutely no more questions. In perhaps two cases in all these years my issue has been raised to the technical support team, but when this happens the issue is normally also resolved within the hour. Their service is really incredible.

Dec 11,2024I love the quality of their support. Every question was met with an adequate response. The staff showed great patience, even during long and monotonous conversations on various topics. The quality of hosting services I have not yet thoroughly tested, but I like their 300% Green Energy Match policy. Admittedly, Greengeeks wrongly charged me for a domain name that was supposed to be free, but a short conversation with a consultant and the fee was refunded. The only quirk that remains is that to change the email address of the domain contact I have to change the email associated with my Greengeeks account.

They migrate sites quickly and easily and I've never had a site go down due to hosting issues. They're secure, fast, and great to work with. Dec 08,2024Been hosting with GreenGeeks for years now, and while they are not the cheapest, whenever I had to deal with their support (technical and other) they have been excellent (fast, reliable and super on the ball). Also, one key factors was that they are Carbon negative ("When we say that GreenGeeks is 300% Green Web Hosting Powered by Renewable Energy, what does that mean? It means that for every kilowatt of electricity that we draw from the power grid, we return three kilowatts in the form of wind and solar energy.").

I recommend strongly Greengeeks to others. And I can say that their price is very competive compare to other company such GoDaddy... I think in my opinion that is better than GoDaddy.
