I've been a longtime website builder on shared hosting accounts. Over the years I have experienced many providers that cut corners and don't understand what they are doing. The result can be disastrous. In my 4 years with GreenGeeks I have found a professional partner that is expert at hosting and delivers a quality product. I'm hosting 25 sites there, all with SSH and Git access, databases and some with email. We just finished a upgrade to a new server, and everything went as planned. Only one site out of 25 required any intervention on my part. Very impressive. GG provides rock solid hosting at highly competitive prices. In addition they provide support with knowledgeable staff, and use an escalation system for difficult problems. I really appreciate the product and service they provide, they make my life so much easier. Their reseller accounts give you the tools to manage all your projects yourself.

I have used greengeeks for 4 years now, I have a reseller account and it has been great, customer support replies within seconds, never had a security issue, easy to manage, interface is user friendly, and they are always open to help, I recommend them 100%
I've been a GreenGeeks customer for years and years and would never dream of leaving them. The main reason is their support - I have a technical support agent immediately available to me as soon as I start the chat, 24/7. Furthermore, the agent always, I mean always, resolves my issue, quickly and efficiently. Also there is never, ever, a need to repeat myself - the agent always gets it and just gets on with providing a resolution. They also never hurry me off the support chat, they are at full disposition until I have absolutely no more questions. In perhaps two cases in all these years my issue has been raised to the technical support team, but when this happens the issue is normally also resolved within the hour. Their service is really incredible.
I love the quality of their support. Every question was met with an adequate response. The staff showed great patience, even during long and monotonous conversations on various topics. The quality of hosting services I have not yet thoroughly tested, but I like their 300% Green Energy Match policy. Admittedly, Greengeeks wrongly charged me for a domain name that was supposed to be free, but a short conversation with a consultant and the fee was refunded. The only quirk that remains is that to change the email address of the domain contact I have to change the email associated with my Greengeeks account.

Been hosting with GreenGeeks for years now, and while they are not the cheapest, whenever I had to deal with their support (technical and other) they have been excellent (fast, reliable and super on the ball). Greengeeks give a fast and complete service support when you have a problem or setting question. It is make several years that I make business with them and I am a very happy customer. I recommend strongly Greengeeks to others. And I can say that their price is very competive compare to other company such GoDaddy... I think in my opinion that is better than GoDaddy.
When I contact GreenGeek's customer service, I receive help almost instantly using their chat feature or when I call them by phone. They listen well and provide solutions with such care...you can tell it in their voice or chat. Very friendly and helpful! Their ticket support system works well and their response time is impressive. I would recommend them to my mother. Unfortunately she is no longer alive but if she were....
