Dec 31,2024I've been with GreenGeeks hosting for more than 10 years. They have highly knowledgeable support staff and tech-wise they solve any issue I encounter quickly and most importantly correctly. I also use AWS EC2 for a major application and on one call the GreenGeeks support person helped me solve an issue on AWS that AWS either couldn't or wouldn't solve for me. They simply go above and beyond and you can't beat the price.

Dec 30,2024Greengeeks is a webhost that I have come back to on several occasions. What sets them apart is a very positive energy from their entire staff. They've always been professional from as early as I can remember. But I've noticed that these days they're trying even harder. The attitude of the service agents and technical support is always positive and they really try to solve my problems and resolve my issues in minimal time that I could expect! Very enjoyable to conduct my business with them. When I received technical instructions, they were easy to follow because there pictures showing me exactly what to select and which buttons to press. Made me feel less incompetent and that I finally was getting a hang of all this tech stuff! But even if I do get stuck, I'm not concerned, I just go on to the Chat and their team, no matter who takes my request, is always helpful and do for me the stuff that I find too difficult to do on my own. Am I a happy customer? I think you already know the answer. If you're looking for a really pleasant webhost that knows how to give service, just get a hosting account from Greengeeks. I found their pricing to be very affordable and within my budget.

I’ve never had an issue either with uptime or loading time, or any issue with my SSL. Whenever I’ve had a question, or the one time I had a puzzling server message, their support has been prompt and expert. Dec 27,2024I am a customer of Greengeeks for over 4 years now. Had the lowest tier available and the highest as my company grew. They always helped me real quick by chat or with the ticket system. Form simple question about setting and as my own knowledge grew the question became more complex as well. I love that can speak to a human being not a chat robot. That my issue is addressed quickly by friendly staff. Not something that is common nowadays. And I appreciate this a lot. Furthermore they host as sustainable as possible. That is an important value for me as we dont use normal paper in oit company, I am in nature a lot so if I can choose for a green hosting provider or just a hosting provider for me it is crystal clear. So yeah I like Greengeeks and recommend it to anybody who values quality, human help and sustainability.
