Dec 29,2021I am very pleased with the experience and the professionalism. I have taken my vehicle once before to get my heater fixed and they did a great job and very honest. This time I took my vehicle in because of a knocking noise front left passenger side when driving and a scraping noise when I would brake. I took my vehicle in almost a month ago to Pep Boys to get my brakes and roaters done amongst other things. Well the guys at Pep Boys did a poor job ( that's just a nice way to put it). Dave at Groffs Automotive informed me that the reason why I was having the knocking noise and scraping noise was because the left caliper bracket bolt was missing, the remaining bolt was loose, the caliper was rubbing against the wheel, wheel tape weights had been knocked off, and the right upper slide pin was bent because of incorrect installation. This could have ended in a lawsuit against Pep Boys. Something serious could have happened while driving my vehicle. I thank God it didn't. Groffs Automotive is a blessing!
