En helt ualmindelig dårlig oplevelse efter køb af et Grohe Blue armatur. Vi fik vores lokale VVS-mand til at installere det efter alle kunstens (og forskriftens) regler, men efter det begyndte at melde fejl (ca efter en uge) gik det kun en vej. Vi prøvede selv at ordne fejlen vha. brugsanvisningens punkter, men lige lidt hjalp det. Vi fik til sidst en montør til at kigge forbi. Han kunne ikke lokalisere problemet, men brugte udelukkelsesmetoden og udskiftede filteret (som maskinen sagde var problemet). Det fix holdt dog kun et par dage, før den igen meldte samme fejl. Efter næsten en uges venten, fik vi så selvsamme montør ud som denne gang skiftede hele maskinen. Lige fra starten, efter vi havde ventet de obligatoriske 6 timer, virkede brusfunktionen ikke, vandet var kridhvidt og hanen dryppede. Vi ringede igen til montøren som dog først kunne komme igen om en uge... jeg skrev til Grohe’s kundecenter og klagede min nød om at armaturet næsten havde været mere i udu, end funktion, i den tid vi havde haft det og ville gerne have en montør ud tidligere end det aftalte Jeg blev mødt af en decideret arrongant medarbejder som ikke kunne være mere ligeglad, siden en aftale allerede var indgået. Det kan sagtens være at deres armaturer er fine og vi blot har været uheldige.... men deres kundeservice.... blot af den grund vil jeg holde mig langt væk og råde alle andre til IKKE at købe deres produkter.
Jeg har købt et Grohe Minta touch med L-tud og fået det installeret af et autoriseret VVS firma. Bruger jeg den almindelige vandhane funktion - så kommer der vand ud efter jeg har slukket for hanen. Bruger jeg touch funktionen, så virker den - så virker den ikke. Nogen gange starter vandhanen af sig selv - så kommer der vand ud i et par sekunder. Andre gange så fortsætter den indtil jeg trykker på touchknappen og slukker. Det betyder at jeg må lukke for vandet når jeg ikke er hjemme, da det ellers bare kan stå og løbe. Manualen siger man skal 're-boote' nede ved batteriet - det virker overhovedet ikke. Har nogen samme erfaring? Og hvad har I gjort?
Grohe Red Vi købte en Grohe Red for ca halvandet år siden. De første par måneder fungerede den efter hensigten, men pludselig løb der køkkenvaskvand ud i underskabet. Der er en sikkerhedsventil, som stopper til ved det mindste snavs i køkkenvaskvandet(det er jo pr definition ikke drikkevand) og derefter er der åbent fra vandlås ud i køkkenskabet... Det er så åbenlyst en fejlkonstruktion så de i den nye Grohe har ændret konstruktionen så ventilen er rykket længere væk fra det snavsede vand. Vi kontaktede Grohe for at få udbedret fejlkonstruktionen. Det kan man så også få til "den gamle" udgave, formedelst 2000 kr + installation. Det er elendig service for et fejlkonstrueret produkt. Vælg en anden leverandør Opdateret: Grohe I beder mig om at kontakte jeres service afdeling, som blankt afviste mig og sagde det var vores eget problem. Sikkerhedsventil har været placeret flere steder tættere og fjernere fra vandlås: samme problem. Jeres svar er et glat nonsvar for at tage brodden af kritik. En rigtig hjælp ville være at udskifte fejlbehæftet produkt, ikke at bede om 2000kr mere eksl installation.
mit oprindelige skriv står neden for. Resultatet blev at jeg sendte de forkerte brusehoveder og stænger til GROHE og de sendte mig de stænger og brusehoveer jeg havde brug for kvit og frit. "Vi har for noget tid siden købt to brusere på tilbud. Nu skal de så sættes op I vores nye hus. Byggeriet har endret sig lidt så bruser stangen skal ikke komme ud af væggen, men ned fra loftet. Vi kontakter så GROHE. De vil IKKE sælge os to nye stang! Vi skal købe både stang og ekstra bruserhoved!! Så vi kommer til at stå med to bruserhoveder vi ikke kan bruge til noget andet, end at smide ud!! Det er det største spild af vores resurser jeg længe har oplevet. Kan det passe at så stor en virksomhed IKKE går ind for at passe på vores jord."
Vi flyttede ind i et nybygget rækkehus for 2 år siden. Alle armaturer og brusearmaturer er Grohe, og jeg har altid været af den overbevisning, at Grohe var god kvalitet, men der er jeg desværre blevet skuffet. På vores armatur i det ene brusebad er chromen forsvundet på den del, hvor man åbner for vandet og på midter-sektionen – hvorimod varme control delen står som om den er helt ny i chromen. Vi henvendte os til Grohe, men de påstår, at vi har brugt et hårdt rengøringsmiddel. Vi har gjort dem bekendt med, at vi har installeret et BWT anlæg, og derfor ikke har kalk i vandet, så vi rengør med sulfo, fordi vi ikke har behov for at bruge skrappe rengøringsmidler. Derudover har vi også gjort opmærksom på, at ingen af de andre armaturer har samme problem, hvilket de burde have haft, hvis det skyldtes vores rengøringsmiddel, eftersom vi rengør alle armaturer på en gang med samme middel. Grohe er dog helt ligeglad med vores argumentation.
We have used our Grohe shower handset for more than ten years. When the hose finally gave out, I purchased a domestic replacement. This was not compatible with the brass fittings. Grohe was kind enough to send a goodwill replacement. As I told the representative, looking at both the superior quality of the Grove was very evident.
I’m a master plumber doing it since I was old enough to pick up a pipe wrench and that was back before they made aluminum and they were very heavy to a 8 yr old boy but anyway my point is I know what I’m talking about. I’ve installed it all and choose Grohe as my personal fixtures. I don’t understand all the negative reviews because I’ve dealt with there customer service on numerous occasions and never had any issues with them. The have always been very nice and helpful by sending out all the parts I need no questions. I will always use Grohe. This is why I never trust reviews. Hope this helps. Havde købt et Grohe armatur for 4 år siden som var begyndt at skalle af i farven/folien. De sendte en nyt håndtag uden beregning, så tak for det. Super service, ejer stort set kun Grohe og har været super glad for produkterne.. grundet til 4 stjerner, er at jeg synes det er ærgerligt at i bruger folie på netop dette armatur, hvilket man så må forvente giver en kortere levetid på produktet.. Jeg var ikke opmærksom på at det var med folie, synes ikke det er tydeligt nok i varebeskrivelsen..
Jeg syntes Grohe har virkelig fine varer :) Jeg har et Grohe armatur i køkkenet som jeg havde nogle problemer med men der kom en fra Grohe 4 dage efter min reklamation og reparerede min køkkenhane så fuld respekt herfra og alt godt fremover . Man kan trygt købe Grohe armaturer :)

I have been trying to contact both the warranty & customer service departments for 2 months now to get a defective spray head for an Alira 32-999, brushed nickle finish faucet replaced. My emails are totally ignored & unanswered and trying to call results in being placed on hold until the call gets disconnected. Is this how Grohe now treats their long time customers ?? Yes, I have tried both the customer service and tech/warranty dept. emails and never get an answer beyond an automated thing saying my email was received.
We are constructing a 5 star hotel with 94 rooms. For which we had finalised our deal with UP sales representative Mr. Onkarnath Mishra. In first phase we easily got all the concealed mixture bodies which we fixed in all our bathroom walls. Now the picture began. For rest ordered items we ask to dealer for the delivery date. He told us as you have directly finalised your deal with company you should contact to the company person. Then we talked to Mr. Omkar nath Mishra. He asked us to talk Mr. Deep Srivastav, Dehradun. Then Mr. Srivastav asked us to give some time for confirmation. Now nobody either Mr. MISHRA OR MR.SRIVASTAV pics our phone. Even we tried to contact them by what's App. There also nobody replied our goods status. Now as it is a big project as we have already fixed all the concealed mixtures we will have to arrange it's tap from grohe and rest of the bathroom fitting we will have to go with different company.
I've been trying to get the sense guard water meter working in order to write a tech review for a magazine, but so far I haven't even been able to log into my account. Any time I try to log in I get the "incorrect password" message, when I click on "forgot password" I receive an email to reset the password, however upon clicking on the link I receive the message "something went wrong please try again"... What does that even mean!? Firstly, it is completely impossibly to reach them by phone, I probably tried calling them a dozen times (at different times and on different days), but after 45 min on hold the call just hands up! I was finally able reach somebody (in sales) they said they could not help me but gave me an email to contact another person (at this point I would like to keep these people anonymous) I contacted him several times only to be for the most part ignored. I am truly dumbfounded by the lack of customer support, So far the people I have spoken to have been extremely rude. I have yet to try out the actual product but I can say with complete confidence that from a customer perspective there are far too many other competitors to choose from for this company to be in business. Writing this review has been the absolute last resort. I cannot imagine what you may have to deal with if you have a warranty issue.
I had kitchen Elberon single handle faucet installed by a professional plumber in April/2017. In Jan/2019 And in the last few months, we would find puddles of water on top of the granite by the backsplash and faucet. About once every week or two. We didn't think too much about it because it was hard to see with our granite top color and just would wipe it up. I finally checked under the sink and it was totally wet. We were fortunate that a bucket under the sink caught a lot of it. still , a mess. and water everywhere It could have been leaking for a month for all we know. I did check all the hose supply lines and they are not the problem. it must be an internal leak somewhere. I filled out the warranty info online and was told to send it back (no RMA /RGA for tracing purposes??) They "tested" it - while running the water - no leaks. sent it back to me -telling me it came with no supply lines (I took them off for shipping purposes -which I explained in my note -And they never read. They assumed that was the problem -so I called them. Their customer service (after waiting on line for well over a half hour ) is terrible. They didn't even read my email ,or look at my pictures I sent, or read the note I enclosed. They didn't call me to discuss. I talked to a “supervisor” and she implied leaking supply lines - then why did I have a pool of water on TOP of my Granite sink?? She had no answer. Suggested/offered sending me a replacement cartridge. There is no way I can put this back in and trust it not to leak and ruin my new hardwood flooring. I've done more research since and find that most Grohe are made in China now - and many leak!- do your research! Many floors ruined. Please do your due diligence. For over $300 I expected much more. I’ll never recommend or purchase another Grohe product.
HOLD TIME: over 45 minutes!?! Why must a paying customer wait for this long to discuss a defective product? Not only did I wait this long, no one ever came on the phone.
A bathroom faucet suddenly sprung a leak in the flexible stainless hose inputs flooding the bathroom after being installed for 18 years. Hoses are integral to faucet and non replaceable. Never been touched or moved in any way since install. Being original owner and having receipt I contacted Grohe for coverage under limited lifetime warranty. They refused to replace the faucet saying that it was wear and tear and after 18 years it would not be covered. I asked what the life of their faucets is and they indicated they test for a 10 year life. So now I have to worry about all the faucets in the house suddenly springing leaks. So if you want to completely replace your faucets after 10 years and a meaningless lifetime warranty, Grohe is your expensive answer. UPDATE 5/24/19: Another Grohe faucet sprang a leak from the flexible stainless steel feed line. So it indeed appears that I need to replace every faucet in the house. Unbelievable.
The handle fell off our Grohe facet. The treads that screw the handle in just disintegrated. I contacted the company and they did not respond. I have never seen such a poorly made facet.
Have had a Grohe Ladylux Pro kitchen faucet for about 3 years now. About once a year the faucet leaks while turned off. The faucet was very, very expensive when I bought it. Now I've had to buy $100 leak sensor to email me when a leak occurs. In addition I've had to repair my drywall twice, mold problem, paint, etc. Never buy Grohe.
I've tried to call Grohe about the failure of a kitchen faucet that was installed by the original homeowner (so not covered by the limited lifetime warranty) and a missing part in a new Grohe faucet, but the wait times were so long I decided to email the company. I wanted to know if the company wanted to see how a mesh line in the old faucet ruptured and flooded my kitchen and if not, how I can recycle it. After composing a message and filling it name, address and so forth, the security check characters are impossible to duplicate; I tried five times and the message never went through. The characters and numbers are spaced, but if you try to space them, they won't fit. Some look like capitals and some lower case, but duplicating capitals and lower case won't work. What kind of nonsense is this? The company doesn't care to hear from customers who have a problem with its products.

Oct 09,2019Har altid valgt chrom amaturer i badeværelse fordi det er det eneste som kan holde til Ajax Baderengøring mm. Nu er jeg flyttet i nyt hus og valgte at installere BWT anlæg så der intet kalk er i badevandet. Dette kombineret med at vi tører op 95% af tiden -> INTET kalk -> ingen behov for at bruge syreholdige midler. Vi har derfor IKKE haft behov for at bruge andet end Ajax Universal rengøring i brugsopløsning (ph værdi = 6,5, dvs syreneutralt) til at rengøre amatur i badeværelse - men dette til trods så er chromen forsvundet/blevet sort på armaturet. Dette forholdte vi til Grohe, men de påstod hårnakket at vi havde brugt syreholdige midler og stoppede med at svare os da vi forholdt dem at det ikke var grunden. Mega dårlig kundeservice og et produkt som ikke holder - vil anbefale at købe et andet produkt med en Chrom behandling som holder til almindelig brug.
