Whilst the purchasing part of the transaction for my gas hot water service was done pleasantly and efficiently, when I sent someone to pick it up (as arranged) the staff were in incredibly rude. There was no need for such unprofessional behaviour.

I needed to change the delivery instructions for my parcel and this was done easily. The driver was courteous and wasn't at all confused by the change. I have had experience with drivers who don't follow directions (not yours) so I greatly appreciated his efficiency.
